The Cloud of Forgetting
I thought the term was from Gabriel Garcia Marquez or something, but apparently it's older than that. Has to do with mystic Christians and our inability as humans to apprehend the whole of God (it would kill us). So, when we get too close, God, out of the kindness of his heart, puts up a "cloud of forgetting" so that we don't blow our tiny little minds.
I used the idea to express a more sinister idea; the cloud is something that happens in me when I choose to pay attention to my obsessions rather than my loved ones.
This was done about 6 or 7 years ago, when my girlfriend and I were still living in San Antonio. I believe she drew the "butt-heart" to represent herself, because she loves the scatological aspect of people, especially in herself. Heck, that's what she studies.

this was something i did last summer with my little brother. i drew the images first and then sent them to my brother for the words. this was posted in a previous incarnation of this blog that i had to delete.
